Thai boxing is the national sport of Thailand - fantastic for fitness, stamina, increased mental awareness, self-defense and a strong sense of discipline. The class starts with an initial circuit designed to work on strength and stamina before practicing correct techniques for kicks and punches.
As the class progresses, sparring techniques are introduced. Training Goals: Learn a new skill, improved strength/endurance, improved co-ordination, weight loss, stress relief, improved flexibility, improved core strength/stability, improved CV fitness.
